Nilaitek is a close knit held company headed by Dato’ Alex Teh Boon Sing. Dato’ Alex holds stakes and years of experience in industries ranging from financial services, Information Technology to Learning Institution. Dato’ Alex is a born and bred locally, Kuantan resident, who provides necessary direction & networking to the company.

Mr. Jay Teh
(Managing Director)

Jay Teh Tze Jin is responsible for the company’s business development and managing the day to day operations of the company – Jay who has a degree in Economics, spent 3 years in the Klang Valley property development scene. His last position was with giant property developer,Island & Peninsular Bhd before joining Nilaitek Properties in 2005 to lead the maiden Taman Tas Putra development.
