Handing Over Your New Home
Congratulations — your new home is almost ready! 🎉
Once your unit is completed, we’ll send you a Letter of Handing Over of Vacant Possession to let you know that your property is ready for collection.
Before collecting your house keys from our office, please make sure to:
- Settle all outstanding payments, including any additional charges, within 14 days from the date you receive the letter.
- Ensure that all amounts under the Third Schedule of your Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and any other fees due to the developer are fully paid.
Vacant possession
Your legal right to take over the property will be granted only after full settlement of all payments.
