Upon completion of your unit, a Letter of Handing Over of Vacant Possession will be mailed to you, notifying that your property is ready for collection.
You are required to settle all outstanding payments, including any additional charges, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the letter before collecting your house keys from the Nilaitek office.
Vacant possession of your unit will be granted only after full settlement of all amounts payable under the Third Schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, as well as any other outstanding fees due to the developer.
