Selecting a Unit
Before the project launch, you will be invited to our office to select your preferred unit. Unit selection will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Letter of Offer
Once you have selected your unit, a Letter of Offer and a receipt for the initial 10% down payment will be issued. The Letter of Offer will include all relevant details of the property you have chosen.
Execution of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
You are required to execute the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) at our appointed solicitor’s office upon full settlement of the 10% down payment. This must be completed within 14 days from the date of sale confirmation.
Application for Loan and EPF Withdrawal
Buyers are advised to apply for a housing loan immediately after the confirmation of sale.
For EPF members who wish to make a withdrawal from their EPF Account, please obtain the EPF Withdrawal Form from the nearest EPF office or download it from the official EPF website: www.kwsp.gov.my.
