Joint Inspection

Before you officially move in, we’ll arrange a joint inspection between you (the buyer) and our site supervisor at your new home.

This inspection helps to:

Confirm that everything meets the specifications stated in your Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Identify any defects or areas of concern that may need attention.

If you notice any issues, please submit your complaints or defect reports in writing.
Our team will attend to them during the Defects Liability Period, provided they are not caused by the purchaser’s own actions.
