
An appointment will be arranged for a joint inspection between the buyer and our site supervisor at your new home. This inspection is conducted to ensure that all specifications stated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement are met and to identify any possible defects or areas of concern.
Any complaints or defect reports should be submitted in writing. These will be attended to throughout the defects liability period. Defects that become apparent during this period and are not caused by the purchaser’s own actions will be rectified by our team accordingly.
